The Goal
Subdivide original sloping site to provide space for two homes. The front house has the double garage with storage space, entry lobby & lift areas dug into the hillside. The main living area with guest bedroom suite opens out to the back yard on the north elevation for all day sun. The upper level has main bedroom suite, two additional bedrooms and family lounge
